A friend recommended them to me and I have been impressed by their work. Some of the better quality templates were a little pricey but they were damn nice. Regarding the service, it was definitely quick as I talked with one of the reps through the online live chat thingy.
I highly recommend them to anyone who have a lack of skills in web design (like me!).
